These terms explain the basic rules for using RemoteShell. By browsing the site, subscribing, or buying a job post, you agree to use the service responsibly.

Using RemoteShell

You may browse jobs, save favorites, subscribe to job alerts, and submit job listings if the information you provide is accurate and lawful. Do not use the site to post spam, misleading listings, illegal work, discriminatory content, malware, or content that violates someone else's rights.

Paid job posts

Employers are responsible for the job content they submit and for choosing the correct paid options or upsells. We may reject, edit, or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or not a good fit for RemoteShell.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Paid placements and upsells begin after payment confirmation. Unless required by law or agreed in writing, payments are not guaranteed to be refundable after a listing or paid placement has been published.

Uploaded logos and media

Uploaded logos, brand colors, and other media must belong to you or be used with permission. By uploading them, you allow RemoteShell to display them with your listing and related promotional placements.

No hiring guarantee

RemoteShell helps employers publish remote roles and helps candidates discover them. We do not guarantee applications, interviews, hires, candidate quality, job availability, or employer responses.

If you subscribe to job alerts, we may email you remote job updates. You can unsubscribe using the link included in newsletter emails.

Changes and availability

We may update the site, pricing, features, and these terms over time. We also may suspend or change parts of the service when needed to protect users, maintain the platform, or comply with legal requirements.

Liability

RemoteShell is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, third-party actions, or decisions made based on listings or site content.
